Toledo Man Arrested After Weekend Traffic Stop in Hancock County

A Toledo man was arrested on several drug charges following a weekend traffic stop in Hancock County.

 

According to a release, a Hancock County Sheriff’s Deputy completed a traffic stop on SR 15. 

 

The K-9 team was requested, and a positive alert was made on a lockbox. 

 

The search revealed a loaded firearm, 66 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine, 8 grams of suspected heroin/fentanyl, 2 grams of suspected crack cocaine, and 1 gram of suspected black tar heroin. 

 

A digital scale, plastic bags, and other paraphernalia, indicative of drug trafficking were also located.   

 

The driver was found to have two active felony warrants through the Wood County Sheriff’s Office. 

 

He was arrested for the felony warrants, three counts of possession of drugs, improper handling of a firearm and falsification.  

 

31 year old Dominique Foster was transported to the Hancock County Justice Center.
