Tractor Vandalized in Wyandot County

Farm machinery parked in a field in Wyandot County was damaged over the weekend.

According to the report from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office, the owner told deputies that the tractor was parked Saturday evening on property located on Township Highway 82 after it was used to help take corn off the fields in the area.

When the owner returned Sunday evening, he discovered that the tractor had significant damage, which included the front and rear windows being shattered.

A deputy located a rock sitting on the seat of the tractor.

No suspects were listed, and the incident remains under investigation.
