Two Kenton residents are facing drug charges following an incident at a restaurant in Kenton Thursday evening.
According to the Kenton Police Department report, officers were dispatched to Taco Bell for reports of a person that had overdosed on drugs in the restroom.
A hypodermic syringe was seized at that location.
A 38 year old man and 32 year old woman are facing charges of possession of drugs and possessing drug abuse instruments.
They have not yet been charged as the incident remains under investigation.
