Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:
.Bryan E. Horn was sentenced to 18 months in prison on one count of trafficking in counterfeit controlled substances in the vicinity of a school or juvenile.
.Jesse B. Murphy was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of possession of heroin.
All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
