Two Sentenced in Hardin County Common Pleas Court

Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office, the following two individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

.James P. Holland II on one count of attempted aggravated assault. 

He must serve 10 days local incarceration.

.Taylor R. Williams on one count of tampering with evidence.

She must serve 8 days local incarceration.

Both cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
