Two Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.Jill N. Summers was sentenced to a total of six months in prison on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs.

.Daniel Bayes was placed on five years community control with conditions on charges of aggravated possession of drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs, attempted engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, complicity to theft and theft.

As part of the conditions, Bayes must enter into and successfully complete a community based correctional facility and follow all recommendations for after-care.

Bayes was also ordered to pay restitution to the victims.

Both cases were heard by Judge Steve Christopher.
