Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office:
.Jacob A. Baker was sentenced to 14 years in prison on four counts of burglary. That was ordered to be sentenced consecutively to a 7 year prison term in Marion County, for a total of 19 years in prison.
.Ronald A. Nichols was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of aggravated assault. he must serve 14 days local incarceration and pay restitution of just over $3100 to the victim
Both cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
