A concession company was asked to leave the Hardin County Fair due to unacceptable conduct.

The Hardin County Fairboard released the following statement regarding the incident:

Unacceptable conduct of a concession company and game operator was reported to the Hardin county fair board. The board investigated with the Hardin Sheriff’s Office. The board met with company leadership and came to a mutual agreement that the company would leave the fairgrounds. Seven trailers were impacted — five games and two food trailers.

“A safe and positive experience for everyone is our top priority,” said board president Corey Ledley.

All other food, rides and game providers are here for the enjoyment of fair guests through the remainder of the Hardin County Fair.
