United Way 2-1-1 is up and running in Hardin County.

You can dial 2-1-1 to be connected with resources in the county.

The service connects you to health and human services, such as crisis intervention, senior services, support groups and more.

It will also connect to everyday needs such as food, shelter, child care, transportation and more.

2-1-1 is free of charge, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and has professionally trained specialists to assess a caller’s needs.
