Upper Scioto Valley School Superintendent Craig Hurley reminded residents about traveling during the solar panel construction.

Hurley said there will be increased traffic throughout the day on County Roads 120 and 130.

With school starting next Thursday August 13, he said for anyone coming from the south, the best routes to take would be County Road 110 or County 75.

There may be construction traffic on 110, but it will be less than what you’ll encounter on County Road 120 or 130.
