Utility Bills in Forest Undergoing Changes

Utility bills in Forest are about to look completely different as the village converts to new billing software.

The bills, which were mailed late last week, look a little different this month, but next month they will not be a postcard.

Village officials are asking for residents to be patient as they complete the software conversion process, including training.

If residents don’t receive a bill mailed last week in the next few days, they should call the office at 419-273-2500 for assistance.
