Wapakoneta Man Charged for Allegedly Shooting Guns Inside Apartment Complex

A man has been charged in Wapakoneta after police investigated a report about someone shooting guns from an apartment back on Monday.

According to a release from Wapakoneta Police Chief Calvin Schneider, 33 year old Matthew Brushaber was charged with inducing panic, vandalism and possession of criminal tools.

He was arrested after police were called to an apartment complex where Brushaber was found allegedly shooting guns inside the apartment complex.

The Emergency Response Team arrived and the suspect came out of the complex where he was arrested without incident.
