Water Shutoff Slated for Downtown Kenton on Monday for Infrastructure Upgrades; Boil Advisory to Follow

As part of the ongoing Downtown Project, water will be temporarily shut off to all properties that FRONT the area shown in blue on the provided map, in downtown Kenton on Monday, September 23rd starting at 4:30pm.

Crews will be working to switch over to the newly installed lines, and work is expected to be completed by midnight.

Once water is restored, a boil water advisory will be in effect for that area.

City officials stated that they understand this may cause some inconvenience, and they appreciate your patience and understanding as they work to improve the city’s infrastructure.
