William F. Stewart Jr. age 69, of Findlay, died October 7, 2020 at Bridge Hospice Center, Findlay. He was born April 11, 1951 in Hardin County to the late William F. Stewart Sr. and Geneva L. (Weber) Stewart. On May 13, 1972 he married Emily K. Young Stewart and she preceded him in death on April 24, 2014.
William is survived by two sons, Christopher M. and David L. Stewart. Also surviving are brothers Richard and Dale Stewart, sisters Hilda Boose, and Wanda Musselman. He was preceded in death by brothers John F. and Robert L. Stewart.
William graduated from Riverdale High School class of 1970. He was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist, Findlay. William worked and retired from the Budd Company and was known as “Billy Boy” and a joker. Over the years the lasting friendships developed between Bill and his co workers. William enjoyed attending OSU football games, Toledo Mud Hens baseball games, flea markets and craft shows. For hobbies he enjoyed cooking, baking, traveling to Michigan and the Amish Country. Most of all he was a loving dad, brother and Buckeye.
Casual Buckeye attire is encouraged for the funeral service and visitation which will be held Tuesday Oct. 13, 2020 at 10:30am in Bringman Clark Funeral Home Joe Adams. Burial will follow at St. Peter Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday Oct. 12, 2020 from 4pm-7pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or Bridge Hospice in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home 226 E. Wyandot Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
