WKTN Radio Day Auction to Benefit Two Agencies

The WKTN Radio Day Auction has been in Hardin County for many years helping local nonprofits.  

This year, the auction will be helping Safe Haven of Hardin County and Heartbeat of Hardin County.

The auction will be held on August 12th on WKTN radio and video on social media. 

The auction will go from 9 am to 3 pm with a half hour off around noon.  

More items are being sought, and they can be dropped off between 1-6 pm at Heartbeat at 220 East Franklin Street in Kenton, or by calling 419-674-4716 to arrange a pick-up.

Safe Haven of Hardin County and Heartbeat of Hardin County are funded from local sources including individuals, churches, organizations, businesses, and special projects funds from the Hardin County Community Foundation.  

Both groups have seen an increase in clients, but not an increase in funds, which makes it difficult for them to help families.
