A woman was arrested in Upper Sandusky Thursday evening on a warrant out of Seneca County.

According to the report from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received information that Kimberly Morris is believed to have opened a credit card account in the name of her 9 year old daughter.

Morris allegedly used the card to make charges totaling over $250.

During the investigation, the warrant was discovered and Morris was located at a residence in Upper Sandusky where she was arrested without incident.

The credit card in the name of her daughter was said to have found in her wallet and was seized, along with her cell phone, as evidence.

Morris was then transported to the Seneca County line and released to the custody of a deputy from that county on the felony warrant.
