There’s been a correction to a story involving a crash that injured two people at the intersection of State Route 235 and County Road 10 near Ada this past Tuesday.

The story that aired Wednesday and posted on line indicated that a vehicle driven by Mary Gibson, of Ada, pulled from 10 onto 235 and was struck by a southbound vehicle being driven by Christy Hall, of Ada.

The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office stated that they provided wrong information, and that the names should be reversed.

The car that drove from 10 onto 235 was driven by Hall, and it was her vehicle that was struck by Mary Gibson, who was driving south on 235.

Disabling damage occurred to both vehicles and the drivers were transported to area hospitals with suspected injuries.

The Sheriff’s Office and WKTN apologize for the wrong information.
