Forest Vacuum Sewer System Repaired Monday Night

All issues with the vacuum sewer system in the Village of Forest were repaired as of 9 Monday night, and all lines are functioning properly.   The system started malfunctioning due to the heavy rain on Friday and problems persisted through the weekend. Village officials expressed appreciation to the maintenance crew for their hard work, and they thanked village residents for their patience and understanding.

Museum Open House Coming in June

The Hardin County Historical Museum is planning an Open House weekend in June. It will be held June 10 and 11 from 10am until 3pm at the museum located at 223 North Main Street in Kenton.
