The Ohio Department of Transportation expects the project to replace the State Route 37 bridge over Bokes Creek in Magnetic Springs to sell on March 27, 2025.

Construction is expected to begin in May 2025 to demolish and reconstruct the structure. Temporary and permanent right of way will be required to construct the project.

The bridge was closed in July of 2024 after a routine inspection by ODOT identified deteriorated components of the structure.

The bridge will remain closed to traffic until replacement can be completed, currently estimated for September 2025.

Detour: SR 37 to SR 347 to SR 4 or reverse.
