
Graveside services for Martin Dean Beloat will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at the Grove Cemetery in Kenton with Pastor Tom Hanks officiating. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
Martin passed away at his home on Thursday, July 31, 2025. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on July 18, 1952, to the late John Martin Beloat and Bertha Katherine (Castle) Beloat. He married Peggy A. Lesko on July 10, 1976, and she survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are his 5 children, Tony M. Beloat of PA, Jeremiah D. (Abigail) Beloat of VA, David J. (Aimee) Beloat of VA, Elizabeth N. (Seth) Moore of Kenton, Daniel J. S. (Jordan) Beloat of VA, 11 grandchildren, Heather Beloat, William Beloat, Tessa Beloat, Lenna Moore, Lillie Beloat, Chase Beloat, Claira Moore, Kayleigh Beloat, Adeline Beloat, Carmen Beloat, Sophia Beloat, his sister, Pamela Holler, brother, Don (Nancy) Beloat, brother-in-law, Stephen (Chantell) Lesko, sister-in-law, Kathy Ralston, father-in-law, Kenny Stewart, mother-in-law, Evelyn Stewart, sister-in-law, Angie (Kyle) Wagner, niece, Octavia (Timothy Motts) Holler, and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Kevin and Von, 2 brothers-in-law, Bobby and Richard and a nephew, Johnnie.
Martin ran his own window cleaning business for almost 40 years before retiring in 2020.
The Lord was what was most important to Martin, He loved to go to church. In his free time, Martin enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed pitching horseshoes with his club, golfing, watching Nascar races and watching anything Ohio State whenever possible. He never met a stranger and would talk with anyone.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Martin’s honor may be made to the Christian Missionary Alliance Church in Kenton.
