Obituary for Helen Gail McGinn
Helen Gail McGinn, age 96 of Kenton, passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at Kenton Nursing and Rehab. She was born March 13, 1929, to the late Roy and Glenna (Krebs) Earl.
She is survived by son: John McGinn of Oregon; sister-in-law: Bonnie (James, deceased) Earl of Kenton; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by daughters: Gail McGinn and Kathy McGinn.
Helen was a member of the Kenton Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was passionate about preaching the news of the Kingdom from door to door. She was a devoted caregiver for her daughter and enjoyed cooking, gardening, and cherishing the beauty of flowers.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at SCHINDEWOLF-STOUT-CRATES FUNERAL HOME in Kenton with Charles Fox officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 1-2pm. Interment will follow at the Grove Cemetery Committal Building.
