The community is invited to attend the Detective Bryan Bodine Softball Benefit, a day filled with family activities, fundraising, and remembrance.

It will be held at Homerun Memorial Ballpark in Kenton, next Saturday, September 13th.

The event is set to kick-off at 8 a.m. with an opening ceremony and the first pitch will be thrown by Myla Bodine.

A silent auction and 50/50 raffle will also kick off at that time.

At 9 a.m., a bounce house and obstacle course will open, and guests will be able to purchase wristbands for $7 (waiver required).

They will remain open until 5 p.m., when they close along with the auction and raffle.

Winners of the 50/50 will be called and you do not need to be present to win.

Music will be provided throughout the day by a live DJ and food vendors will be on-site.

Organizers are still seeking donations for the silent auction.

If you are interested in donating or have questions, please contact Madeline Hackathorn on Facebook or by phone at (567) 242-9874.
