He was born on June 4, 1951, to Wilson and Hazel (Montgomery) Wages. Ronnie dedicated his life to his faith and to his family. He shared 48 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Deanna (Cooper) Wages. Together they raised three daughters: Tina and Teresa Mabry of Westerville, OH and Terra Mabry of San Antonio, TX.  Ronnie was blessed with nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, all of whom he adored deeply.

Ronnie proudly served his country as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. During his service, he was deployed to the Gulf of Tonkin, Vietnam, Saigon, Camp Fuji, and completed his tour in Okinawa. His dedication and sacrifice to his country will always be remembered.

Following his military service, Ronnie built a long career as a superintendent at SANCON Industries. After retirement, he devoted his time to Helping Hands Outreach of Kenton, Ohio, continuing his lifelong commitment to serving others.

Ronnie enjoyed golfing, cheering on Buckeyes, and was well known for cracking jokes that always brought a smile to those around him. Above all, Ronnie’s grandkids were his world, and he cherished every moment with them, leaving behind a treasure trove of memories.
