Brian Kevin Wolgamot passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at his residence in Kenton. He was born on October 27, 1969, in Kenton to the late Jack and Nancy (Gunn) Wolgamot. In 2016 he married Elizabeth Haudenschield and she survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are his step-children, Robert (Kristi) Castle, Megan (Dalton Kaucher) Castle, cousins, Tiffaney (John) Spearman, Rhiannon (Colby) Amweg, Cindy (Bob) Ferkins, Savannah (Sherwin Miranda) Ferkins, Gavin Boehm, Zeppelin Amweg, Wendy (Bo) Blum, Leslie (Lori) Decker, a half-sister, Lori (John) Iten, and his loving cat, Angus Young.
Brian graduated from Kenton High School. He worked for OH Materials for many years, of which he loved the adrenaline rush of that job. He then moved on to doing construction. Brian was a great carpenter, who could build almost anything, and it always turned out beautiful. He took great pride in his work and wanted everything to be perfect.
In his free time, Brian could be found listening to 80’s rock music, especially his favorite band, AC/DC. He also enjoyed shooting both his guns and compound bow.
A celebration of life for Brian K. Wolgamot will be held at a later date. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Brian’s honor may be made to Not By Choice.
Online condolences may be expressed at pricefh.net.
