Red Cross Looking for Local Volunteers to Join Disaster Action Team

The American Red Cross is looking for disaster volunteers in Hardin County.

Unfortunately, no matter where you live, there will be local families impacted by fires and other local disaster events, and they will have a critical need for emergency assistance and support.

If you are interested in helping these families, you are encouraged to volunteer as a Disaster Action Team member.

DAT volunteers respond directly to the scenes of home fires, floods, and other disasters, and they help families start the recovery process during their toughest moments.

Volunteer schedules are very flexible, and all training is free.
