Teresa Ruth Davis, 75 of Forest, Ohio, a devoted follower of Christ, was welcomed peacefully surrounded by love, reunited with her beloved children, William “Billy” and Amanda Davis, whom she carried in her heart every day.
Her life was one defined by devotion, strength, and an unshakable love for her family.
Terry was a deeply loving mother to her son whom is absent, Scott Thompson, and her chosen daughter, Jessica Hushour. She poured her heart into her children and remained a steady source of support, compassion, and guidance throughout their lives.
Her love did not stop there. Terry was a proud and devoted grandmother who found immense joy in her grandchildren. She is lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Dayna and Madison Thompson; Tristian and Samuel Davis; and Great Grandchildren Aryzona, Brazen, Easton, Dawson, Barrett, Jenson and Ryker. Each of them held a special place in her heart, and she cherished every moment spent watching them grow, laugh, and find their way in the world.
Terry’s life was marked by quiet strength, resilience through loss, and an endless capacity to love. She had a gentle spirit, a giving heart, and a presence that made the world around her feel seen and cared for. Though she endured unimaginable grief, she continued to love fiercely and selflessly, leaving a legacy of compassion and family unity.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, yet her love lives on through the generations she helped shape. Teresa’s memory will forever be held close in stories shared, in laughter remembered, and in the enduring bond of family.
May she rest peacefully, reunited in heaven with Billy and Amanda, and watching over all who loved her.
Celebration of life will be held on Mon. Dec. 29, 2025 from 2:00PM-4:00PM at Clark Shields Funeral Home.
