Ohio Hi-Point Exercise Science Seniors Offering Free Personal Training Sessions

Ohio Hi-Point Career Center‘s Exercise Science seniors are offering free personal training sessions during their open gym training hours.

The 30-60 minute sessions are offered at no cost, and all fitness levels are welcome.

With your participation, the students will gain experience as they work toward their personal training certification.

Open gym training sessions run on Tuesdays and Fridays from January 27 through March 20, with open time slots from 12 to 2:30pm.
