Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash on Marion-Williamsport Road Claims Life of Marion Man
A Marion man was killed in a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Marion-Williamsport Road in Marion County Monday evening.
According to a release from the Marion Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 42-year-old Joshua Criswell drove left of center while traveling northeast, and his car was struck by a southwest bound semi being operated by 37-year-old Joshua Silvia, of Marion.
Criswell, who was not wearing his seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Silvia was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol was assisted on scene by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Marion Township Fire and EMS, the Marion County Coroner’s Office and Liverpool Towing and Recovery.
