Marilyn S. Ford
August 10, 1942 – February 8, 2026

Marilyn S. Ford, age 83, of Harrod, passed away on February 8, 2026 at her residence, surrounded by her family. 

She was born on August 10, 1942 in Waynesfield, Ohio the late David and Lucille (Rose) Kline. Marilyn was raised by her grandmother Blanche Ward and she preceded her in death.  On August 7, 1961, Marilyn married Marvin Ford, they were married for sixty years, he preceded her in death on May 13, 2022. 

Marilyn is survived by her three daughters: Lori (Ric) Martin of Plain City, Lisa (Alan) Shaw of Harrod and Julie (Ron) Eibling of Harrod; six grandchildren: Linley (Matt) Fullowan of Morristown, N.J., Jacob (Sarah) Shaw of Marysville, Justin (Robin) Eibling of Harrod, Gabe (Abigail King) Martin of Columbus, Tyler (Jason) Shaw of Dayton and Austin (Mary) Eibling of Harrod; nine great grandchildren: Olivia, Fletcher, Jaxtin, Waylon, Declan, Greyson, Bryan, Alainey and Nash; and two brothers: Roger (Jane) Kline, and Bob (Sharon, deceased) Kline. 

Marilyn retired from Lima Orthodontic Associates, where she worked as a orthodontic assistant.  She was formerly a beautician. Marilyn also helped her husband as a clerk at his auctions.  She was a member of the Auglaize County Garden Association and a former Hardin County 4-H advisor.  Marilyn loved her family and friends and would do anything for them.    

Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service on Thursday, February 12, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada.   

Funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM on Thursday, February 12th at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada with David Holbrook officiating.  Burial will be in Roundhead Cemetery.  

Memorial contributions may be made to Cure Calpain 3 at www.curecalpain3.org, in honor of her daughter who has Muscular Dystrophy.
