
Mark Hilton, 53, of Mt. Victory, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at St. Rita’s Hospital in Lima. He was born on June 19, 1972, in Fremont, Ohio, to the late Jerry Hilton and Linda Reed. On June 12, 1998, he married Kerry (Chaffin) Hilton, who survives in Mt. Victory.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his best friend, Jeremy Durnwald of Fremont.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jesse Hilton.
Mark worked at Wilson Tire for 19 years.
He was a member of the Blackwing Shooting Center and an avid enthusiast of his 1966 Ford Mustang and his three motorcycles. He was a collector of remote-controlled cars and enjoyed racing them, riding 4-wheelers, and spent much of his time working on various mechanical projects. Above all, Mark loved to travel, with a particular highlight being attending Garth Brooks concerts.
A celebration of life for Mark will be held at a later date. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
Memorial contributions in Mark’s honor may be made to St. Rita’s Hospice.
