Ohio Governor Mike DeWine to Visit Spencerville Elementary to Discuss OhioSEE Vision Program
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine will visit Spencerville Elementary School in Allen County this afternoon.
He will be there to discuss his new children’s eyesight program, OhioSEE.
OhioSEE is a pilot program in 15 high-need counties. where more than 80% of children who are identified through a vision screening as needing additional vision care do not
It brings critical vision services, including comprehensive eye exams and, if needed, glasses, to kindergarten through third grade students right in their school.
In addition to Allen County in our region, Marion County is also part of the pilot program.
