The preliminary investigation revealed that a 2012 Lincoln MKS operated by Shane Robinson, 50 years of age, of Perrysburg, was traveling south on the north bound exit ramp of Interstate 75. While driving the wrong-way, the MKS entered the north bound lanes of travel of Interstate 75.
