Hardin Northern Students Take Part in Mental Health & Wellness Day

Hardin Northern Local School District

Junior High and High School students at Hardin Northern had a Mental Health & Wellness Day on Wednesday.

Students went to various stations and participated in a variety of activities including working as teams to solve a grid, embracing kindness, thinking about others, finding ways to fill their cup, practicing yoga and mindfulness.

They also had quality time with the school’s therapy dog Daisy.
