Ridgemont Local Schools Plans Safety Evacuation Drill May 4

Ridgemont Local Schools will be conducting a planned safety evacuation drill on the morning of May 4.

Superintendent Brian Hogan said that during that time, students and staff will safely evacuate the building and report to a designated location.

While students are out, local law enforcement, fire and EMS personnel will be conducting safety drills within the building.

Hogan said the training is part of the school’s ongoing commitment to ensuring the safety and preparedness of students and staff.

The drills allow local emergency responders and school personnel to practice working together in a controlled and structured environment.
