Kenton Tree Commission to Celebrate Arbor Day with Tree Planting

The Kenton Tree Commission will celebrate Arbor Day with a tree planting this Saturday, April 25. 

Activities will take place from 10 a.m. until noon on Saturday at the Mary Lou Johnson- Hardin County District Library, located at 325 East Columbus Street in Kenton.

Two trees will be planted in front of the library, and they will have a craft of pinecone bird feeders and handouts on tree care.

The commission is also donating three books to the library about trees.
