The owners of a Findlay-based food truck and Kellogg’s have reached an agreement resulting in discontinuation of the name ‘Leggo my eggroll’.
On their Facebook page, the owners stated that their focus stays centered on serving exceptional food and providing outstanding service to their community and surrounding areas.
All events moving forward will be conducted under the name Wok.Up.Street Hibachi.
Kellogg filed a lawsuit in late June of 2025 claiming copyright infringement on their “L’Eggo my Eggo,” which is used to promote the company’s Eggo frozen waffles.
Both parties were given until May 4 to reach a settlement, or the case would have proceeded in U.S. District Court in Toledo.
