A celebration of life for Michael Mark Davis Sr., 36, of Kenton, will be held at a later date. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.

Michael’s life was tragically cut short in a truck accident on Friday, May 29, 2026. He was born on July 7, 1989, in Glendale, AZ, to Paul Davis and the late Yolanda (Tuttle) Davis.

Michael is survived by his son, Michael Davis Jr. of Kenton, his dog and best friend, Vonny P; two sisters, Tiffany (Caleb) Davis of Kenton and Alice Davis of Kenton; two brothers, Anthony (Nicole) Davis of Lima and Bryan (Karynn) Davis of Dola, three nieces, Autumn Davis of Lima, Zoey Stewart of Kenton, and Peyton Davis of Dola; and six nephews, Teegan Stewart of Dola, Tyson Stewart of Kenton, Gunner Stewart of Kenton, Maddix Davis of Dola, Tyler Davis of Dola, and Onyx Stewart of Kenton. He also leaves behind many dear friends and his All-Tree “work brothers.”

He was preceded in death by his mother, Yolanda Davis, as well as his maternal and paternal grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Michael, also known as “Mike” or “Mikey D,” was a dedicated father and a hardworking individual who took great pride in his son, his dog, Vonny P, and his career. He was a creative person who enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle, skateboarding, snowboarding, cooking, and drawing. He truly enjoyed working with his hands and taking things apart. He particularly loved woodworking and building things. Mike was a very creative and artsy person who liked to keep busy. Most of all Mike was a family man who enjoyed being with the ones he loved. Michael will be missed tremendously but never forgotten.

Memorial contributions in Michael’s honor may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
