Hancock Public Health Vaccine Clinic Set for Riverdale Students September 10
The Hancock Public Health Vaccine Clinic for 7th and 12th grade students will be held on September 10 at Riverdale School.
It will be open from 1:00 until 3:00 pm, and parents are not required to be present.
The proper paperwork and copies of parent ID and Insurance card must be turned in, and the paperwork can be picked up in the nurse clinic.
Forms should be turned in by September 3.
