Seth Rigdon passed away unexpectedly on October , 2026. A lifelong resident of Kenton, Seth was born on March 13, 1994, at Hardin Memorial Hospital to Dave Rigdon and the late Carrie Manns.

Seth was known for his endless love for others and his ability to see the good in everyone. Family and friends meant everything to him, and he was always proud to share stories and memories of those he loved. No matter how busy life became, Seth always made time for the people who mattered most.

Some of Seth’s greatest joys came from watching his niece and nephew grow up and being there alongside his sister, Catelyn, to celebrate their special milestones. He also cherished working alongside his brother, Nathan, and father in their family business, often capturing pictures with Nathan on jobsites to remember the moments they shared.

One of Seth’s greatest companions was his dog, Brian, who quickly became his best friend. Seth loved taking him on walks, spoiling him with treats, and making sure he always felt loved.

Those left to cherish Seth’s memory include his father, Dave (Stacy Wallace) Rigdon; his brother, Nathan Rigdon; his sisters, Catelyn (Marcus) Troglin, Mikayla Rigdon, and Ashlynn Rigdon; his beloved nephew, Camden, and niece, Mary; his grandmothers, Georgie McClish and Rhonda Greer; his grandfather, Roy Strahm; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

Seth was preceded in death by his beautiful mother, Carrie Manns, and his beloved grandfather, Les Decker.

Throughout his life, Seth experienced many ups and downs but never lost his ability to see the good in those around him. He left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to have known him. Seth will be remembered for his kind heart, his unwavering love and devotion to his family and friends, and the genuine care he showed to others. Although his time here was far too short, the person he was, the goodness he shared, and the memories he leaves behind will never be forgotten. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.

Funeral services for Seth will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, at Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home in Kenton. Burial will follow at Grove Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home, with the service to follow.
