Thomas Lee Hoyt, age 68, of Kenton, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at Bridge Hospice Care in Findlay. Tom was born on June 6, 1950 in Lima to the late Melvin and Mary (Shepherd) Hoyt. He married Debra McLane and she preceded him in death along with a son Chad Hoyt.
Tom is survived by his sons; Brandon Hoyt, Ryan Hoyt, and Alec Cooper, daughters; Miranda Hoyt and Alyssa Cooper, a brother; Melvin Hoyt, sisters; Phyllis Hoyt and Belinda (Robert) Nichols, and 15 grandchildren.
Tom worked for the railroad for many years and he was also a member of the VFW Forest Lodge Post #245.
No services will be held at this time. SCHINDEWOLF-STOUT-CRATES FUNERAL HOME will be handling the arrangements. Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home in lieu of flowers. Online condolences can be expressed to the family at www.stoutcrates.com.
