$25,000 from Campbell Soup Company brings the City of Findlay closer to the million dollars needed to build its planned Simulated Tactical Response and Incident Command Training Center.
Denise Grant at the Courier reports the current funding for the center stands at $650,000, $250,000 of which having been allocated from Findlay City Council and the rest coming from area businesses, fire departments, and nonprofit organizations.
In a press release, Findlay Mayor Christina Muryn thanked Campbell for their donation, stating the company has continued to give generously to the community since its 2018 arrival to Findlay.
