A graveside service for Charlotte Bowers will take place at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at Williamstown Cemetery with George “Judd” Robinson officiating. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements. A full obituary was run at an earlier date.
