A 20 year old and two 17 year old males are in custody today after a robbery and shooting in Findlay this week.
According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, Marcus Cataline and one of the juveniles arrived in a car at the Circle K parking lot where the second juvenile was sitting in a separate vehicle.
All three know each other.
Cataline and the juvenile in his car allegedly donned ski masks and entered the second juvenile’s car where they assaulted him, took his wallet and fled the area.
The second juvenile is said to have then produced a handgun and shot at the fleeing vehicle striking it three times.
He then fled from the scene.
There were no injuries from the gunfire.
Officers later located the car that was shot at and Cataline and the first juvenile were arrested for robbery.
The second juvenile turned himself in and was incarcerated for having weapons under disability.
The incident remains under investigation, and additional charges are possible.
