Funeral services for Sondra Pitts will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at the Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Pastor Bobbi Allen officiating. Burial will follow at 1:00 P.M. at the Claibourne Cemetery in Richwood, Ohio.
Friends and family may visit on Monday, August 21, 2023, from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Sondra passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on December 28, 1959, in Sidney, Ohio to the late Richard and Opal (Allen) Foust.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, David Pitts, her two sons; Curtis (Alisha) Reisinger, Ronnie (Cindy) Reisinger, two grandsons; Tylor (Kassie) Reisinger, David (Tatum) Reisinger, three granddaughters; Haven Reisinger (Korbin), Jasmine Reisinger (Dalton), Brittney Reisinger (Matt), three great-grandchildren; Cessaley, Jace, Paisley and a fourth one on the way, sister-in-law, Bonnie Foust, step-dad, Roy Wones, daughter-in-law, Debbie Reisinger, two nieces, several great nieces and nephews and her special friends.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ronnie Reisinger, two brothers: Rick Foust, Dave Foust, a sister, Betty Pitts, a niece and two great-grandchildren.
Sondra enjoyed spending time with her family and going to watch her kids and grandkids play sports and run in demolition derbies. Above all, she was very faithful to God and doing what God had her do. She also spent a lot of her life helping others who needed her.
Memorial donations in Sondra’s honor may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
