There will be no services for Linda Reed. Following her wishes, she will be cremated. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Mt. Victory is assisting the family with arrangements.

Linda passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at her residence in Mt. Victory. She was born on March 6, 1952 in Fremont, Ohio to the late Edwin and Lula Mae (Rapp) Beekman. 

She is survived by her son; Mark (Kerry) Hilton of Mt. Victory and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by an infant son, Jesse Hilton and 7 siblings.

Linda was a graduate of Fremont Ross High School. She worked as a chef for most of her life at the Great Wolf Lodge in Sandusky, Ohio.

In her free time, Linda enjoyed going to the Amish, especially to buy tomatoes which were her favorite. She also loved horses and working in her flower and vegetable gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Linda’s honor may be made to the American Cancer Society.
