KES Students Help with Clean Up Efforts at Indian Lake
Some Kenton Elementary School students spent part of Monday to help with clean up efforts at Indian Lake.
The area was devastated by a deadly tornado on March 14, and the students in Darren Gilbert’s Basketball Club decided they could help be a part of the solution.
The students, along with Gilbert and Principal Clint Sneary, visited Lakeview yesterday to aid in the cleanup efforts.
Students spent the day collecting debris out of the water along public land.
