The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office reminded residents that the office inspects street-worthy golf carts.

Ohio Law allows the Sheriff’s Office to authorize such licensing in each county, if equipment standards are met on each vehicle.

Individuals must bring golf carts to the Justice Center at 200 West Crawford Street in Findlay, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., or on Saturday by pre-arrangement.

This inspection process does not apply to All-Terrain vehicles or Utility Terrain Vehicles.

Visit hancocksheriff.org for the full list of requirements you must have to pass the inspection.
