Hardin Northern Students Enjoy Visit from Children’s Book Author Tammi Sauer
Children’s book author Tammi Sauer spoke with students from Hardin Northern last week.
She tailored her presentations to the different age groups in grades kindergarten through sixth grade.
Sauer shared her passion for writing stories and how to make a story better by using details, humor, and relatable characters.
Tammi Sauer, a former teacher and library media specialist, is a full-time children’s book author that has over 30 picture books.
She stated that she enjoyed meeting with students and had not visited a school with a polar bear mascot before.
