Two Hardin County roundabout projects were among more than two dozen projects around Ohio that were approved for funding through the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Highway Safety Improvement Program.
The road safety projects target areas with a history of severe and deadly crashes.
In Hardin County, just over 3.6 million dollars was approved to build a single lane roundabout at the State Route 67 and State Route 235 intersection.
Also approved was just over 2.7 million dollars for a single-lane roundabout at US 68 and State Route 31 near Perry Street in Kenton.
