Kenton Police Department Responded to Numerous Incidents on Monday

Kenton Police Officers had a busy Monday with the day starting at around 2:00 in the morning with the arrest of two juvenile offenders, one from West Mansfield and the other from Dunkirk, who were out past curfew.

Two burglaries were reported throughout the day. One was in the 800 block of West Carey Street and the other at the Kenwood Motel.

An overdose was reported at an apartment in the 1000 block of South Main Street.

Officers arrested 21 -year- old Brock Davis, of Kenton. He is being held on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Two minor crashes also occurred Monday. One was at around 11:20am in the 800 block of East Columbus Street and the other was at just before noon at the intersection of South Main and West Ohio Streets.

In addition to all of that, officers served two notices to cut down high grass and weeds, two notices to remove junk and seven notices to remove junk motor vehicles at properties around the city.
